For me there is no substitute for having knowledge of the marketplace. It’s critical that REALTOR are constantly previewing listings, and keeping up to date on market trends.

When it comes to selling your property, I feel it is very important to know what you are competing against, and to then highlight the attributes that are unique to your listing. What is the average price per square foot for homes in your surrounding area? What is the average time on the market for homes in your area? What can we do to maximize your home’s earning potential? Are there changes that we can make that will help facilitate the selling of your home? As your REALTOR these are just some of the questions we will address in effort to successfully sell your treasured property.

My real estate transactions are multi-faceted and have many requirements for a successful close. I manage everything from scheduling inspections and getting repairs done, to making sure the financing moves along swiftly and properly.
